The short sleeve is piece 16.

As always, serge the edges before construction.

Sew the seam allowance at 5/8” and press open.

This is an inset sleeve and needs no gathering stitches.

If the bodice has been adjusted, I would suggest making a quick sleeve muslin before cutting your fashion fabric.
